We are committed to ensuring the assessment is fair for all candidates who complete it. The assessment itself is designed to give every candidate the opportunity to show their potential.
In a selection process, the aim of reasonable adjustments is to remove or reduce any substantial disadvantages that might be faced by candidates with a disability, which would not be faced by a non-disabled candidate.
We recognise how important it is to work with candidates as individuals, to facilitate an assessment experience that allows all candidates to perform at their best. So, depending on your individual needs, different steps can be taken to support you in your assessment journey.
If you would like to declare your need for a reasonable adjustment or have a further discussion on what options are available to you, it’s important to reach out to the support email in your assessment invitation to make your employer aware before you begin your assessment.
Once you have started the assessment, adjustments cannot be applied retrospectively.
Providing as much information as you’re comfortable with can help us to ensure the most appropriate adjustment is then applied.
Finally, it’s important to note that the reasonable adjustments we offer have been established based on scientific research, evidence in the wider literature, and best practice standards.
