How can I access customer support?

If you haven't previously signed in to our knowledge base or set up your account, please go to "Sign in" at the top of the home page, type in your work email address and click on the "Sign up" option to set your password.

You will then receive a welcome email instructing you to activate your account.

Please note: Your credentials to access our knowledge base are separate to your UNA log in details.





Once set up, please always sign in when you access content or submit a request to make sure you get access to the right articles.
