How can I access customer support?

For our Arctic Shores customers, please sign in with your Arctic Shores support account to access our customer knowledge base content. 

If you haven't signed in or set up your account yet, please go to "Sign in" at the top of this page, type in your work email address and click on the "Get a password" option to set your password. 





Once set up, please always sign in when you access content or submit a request to make sure you get access to the right articles.
