It is important to make sure you are using a strong and stable internet connection before you begin the assessment. Interruptions with your connection or lagging can negatively impact your assessment experience.

What if don’t own a suitable device?

If your device is a little bit older, and you are unable to update the operating system, we’d recommend borrowing a suitable device from a family member or friend. Don’t worry, the owner of the device will not be able to view or have an impact on your results.
