If you see the message “Hmm, we can’t seem to load your assessment right now” when trying to access your assessment, there could be a few different reasons for this:
Poor internet connection:
Please make sure you are using a strong and stable internet connection before accessing your assessment.
Your deadline has expired:
If your deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to access your assessment. Make sure to double-check your deadline date which you can find in your assessment invitation email.
If you realise you've missed your deadline, our best advice is to reach out to the support email address associated with the company you are applying to and asking if they’re able to offer an extension. You'll be able to find the relevant contact details in your assessment invitation.
Temporary technical issue:
On rare occasions, we may experience temporary technical issues that can affect access to the assessment.
If you encounter this error and you are within your deadline, we recommend waiting for about an hour before trying to access your assessment again. To resume, simply click the ‘Start Now’ button in your original invitation email.
You should be able to pick up exactly where you left off.
If you were interrupted before you managed to complete a task, let us know via the Candidate Support Form. Make sure to include as much detail as you can remember about the task you were completing at the time. We’ll get in touch, to make sure you’re given the fairest possible chance to complete the assessment.
