Don’t worry – if you see this error, it won’t affect your results. It’s usually caused by a rare temporary issue that’s interrupted your session.
We recommend waiting an hour or so and then trying to access your assessment again. You can do this by clicking the 'Start Now' button in your invitation email.
You should be able to pick up exactly where you left off.
If you were interrupted before you managed to complete a task, let us know via the Candidate Support Form. Make sure to include as much detail as you can remember about the task you were completing at the time. We’ll get in touch shortly, to make sure you’re given the fairest possible chance to complete the assessment.
