I haven’t received my feedback report

There are a couple of reasons why you might not have received your feedback report yet:

Redirected 

Sometimes your report may end up in your junk/spam folder by mistake. 

Have a look, and double-check it’s not been swept up by any anti-spam filters. If you are still struggling to locate it, we’d recommend reaching out to the company you've applied to and they’ll be able to re-send you your report. You'll be able to find their contact details in your assessment invitation email.

Assessment completion

We’ll only send out a report once you have successfully completed all the tasks of your assessment. Make sure to double-check that your assessment is fully completed. If you’ve submitted your assessment and still haven’t received your report, we’d recommend reaching out to the company you've applied to and they’ll be able to re-send you your report. You'll be able to find their contact details in your assessment invitation email.
