Your invitation email will be sent to the email address you applied with and will be addressed from noreply@arcticshores.com or noreply@una-arcticshores.com – and not the company you’ve applied to. We recommend double-checking your inbox for anything from this address.
If you’re still struggling to locate your invite, we advise checking your Junk or Spam folder. It may have been automatically filtered out of your inbox and landed there by mistake!
If you have applied with an Apple ID/iCloud address that allows you to hide your real email, it will likely cause emails from Arctic Shores to be blocked and can therefore prevent you from receiving the assessment invitation. In this case, you will need to get in touch with the company you have applied to and provide an updated email address so they can re-send your invitation.
If you’re still having no luck and haven’t applied with an Apple ID/iCloud email address, the next step would be to get in touch with the recruitment team at the company you’ve applied to. They’ll be happy to resend your invitation to you.
