If you see a registration error, this usually means you’ve already completed or registered for the assessment for the company you’re applying to.
If you see an error when trying to register for your Arctic Shores assessment, don’t worry! In most cases, it simply means that you’ve already taken the assessment for the company you’re applying for within the last 12 months. Your previous results will be applied to all applications made within this timeframe, so there's no need to retake the assessment for each new application.
Why can I only register once?
The Arctic Shores assessment is designed so that your results remain valid for 12 months. Therefore, if you apply for the same role again or multiple similar roles at the same company, your existing assessment results are automatically reused so there’s no need to retake the assessment each time.
What if I registered previously but didn’t complete the assessment?
If you have already registered but not completed the assessment as part of a previous application, then please find the original invitation email in your inbox (this was sent from Arctic Shores/UNA) to access the assessment and complete it.

Search your inbox for the original invitation email sent from Arctic Shores or UNA (noreply@arcticshores.com)

Open the email and use the link provided to continue your assessment

If you can’t locate your invite, check your spam or junk folder as it may have landed there by mistake.
