Each task in the Arctic Shores assessment is designed to measure something different. Together, they provide a well-rounded picture of your natural behaviours and help your prospective employer assess if you’d be a good fit for the role they’re recruiting for.
We know you may be interested in exactly what each task measures, but we can’t spill all our secrets! We want to ensure that your responses are genuine and instinctive, as this is what helps us to discover the real you. This means you don’t need to practice or worry about the “right” way to respond — just be yourself.
All our tasks are built using research-backed methods from cognitive neuroscience and behavioural science. They don’t test knowledge or past experience, but instead focus on how you typically think, react, and approach challenges.
The goal is to give employers meaningful insight into your potential — helping them understand how well you might fit with a particular role or team. It’s important to remember that each employer values different qualities for different roles and there’s no single way to “pass” the assessment.
So, the best advice is simple: complete each task in the way that feels most natural to you. Once you're done, you can trust that your results will reflect a fair and accurate snapshot of who you are — and what you could bring to the role.
