We’re a UK-based tech company on a mission to change the way people get hired. Since 2014, we’ve been working to make recruitment fairer, more inclusive, and better at recognising real potential—not just what’s written on a CV.
Traditional hiring methods often rely heavily on CVs or question-based tests, which can reinforce bias and miss out on great people. That’s where we come in.
At Arctic Shores, we use task-based assessments grounded in behavioral science. Instead of asking you questions, we’ll invite you to take part in interactive tasks that measure how you naturally think and behave.
By doing this, we aim to:
- Reduce unconscious bias in hiring
- Support fairer, more inclusive recruitment
- Improve your overall experience by reducing the stress of traditional testing
When you complete an Arctic Shores assessment, you're not being judged on how well you have written your CV or previous experience you’ve had in school or work. Instead, you’re showing employers your true potential by demonstrating how you think, behave and solve problems. Remember, there is “right” or “wrong” way to approach the tasks and every employer is looking for something different so our best advice is to just be yourself.
