The insights employers gain from the results of your assessment help in the recruitment process by:
- Giving them a clearer idea of your true potential in the role you’re applying for
- Painting an accurate picture of how you typically behave in a workplace environment
- Understanding how you’ll fit into their company culture
Along with helping to get to know the real you, our assessment also contributes towards making the overall recruitment process fairer and more objective.
Once you’ve completed the assessment, we’ll compare your results to a representative “norm group”. This is a varied selection of other individuals who are similar demographically and have completed the assessment before. By putting your responses into a much wider context, employers get accurate insights into how you compare to others in that demographic. Having this information gives the employer a better understanding of which candidates are best suited to the role and helps inform their decision on who to progress.
Remember that every employer is looking for something different. So, with our task-based assessment, there are no right or wrong answers, just like there’s no right or wrong personality!
