The insights employers gain from the results of your assessment help in the recruitment process by:

Once you've completed the assessment, both you and the employer will receive feedback. You'll receive a candidate report that gives you informative insights and feedback. At the same time, your prospective employer will be able to view how you performed in the different areas that were being assessed, helping them better understand your strengths and suitability for the role.

We’ll compare your results to a representative “comparison group”, more commonly known as "norm group". This is a varied selection of other individuals who are similar demographically and have completed the assessment before. By putting your responses into a much wider context, employers get accurate insights into how you compare to others in that demographic. Having this information gives the employer a better understanding of which candidates are best suited to the role and helps inform their decision on who to progress to the next stage.
