Drawing on a wide body of neuroscience research, our science team builds and tests tasks that measure true human behaviour.
As you make your way through the assessment, thousands of data points are collected based on how you approach each level. This allows the assessment to paint a detailed picture of your unique behaviours and helps the employer decide if you’re a good fit for the role they’re recruiting for. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers and every employer is looking for something different, so we always encourage candidates to complete each task in the way that feels most natural.
Through the work of our in-house team of neuroscientists and psychometricians, we’re constantly developing, interrogating, and improving the scientific theory behind our assessment. And, what’s more, we’re also in regular contact with institutions like The University of Oxford to help support our ongoing research.
